We started using Omni Commercial Lighting approx. 2 years ago upon a recommendation from our maintenance technician (Marvin Cresson). He indicated that he had good results from Omni and we would be pleasantly surprised. Boy oh boy was I surprised!! The communication before, during, and post site service calls, was so much better than I had ever received from our prior lighting vendor. Omni blew them out of the water by the level of communication and staying within my budget/NTE (not-to-exceed) requests when conducting service calls. Their turnaround in invoicing and issues found on the properties was so much quicker. They are honest and courteous, as well as fun to work with. They have a good sense of humor and personality. I would gladly recommend them to others for their services.
